Refund policy

We want you to love your Forever Dwelling purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

30-Day Refund for Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We’ll gladly provide a refund of the purchase price or a replacement. Wear and tear over time or natural variations in leather are not considered defects.

Standard Returns:
• Eligibility: Please return items just as you received them—in new, unused condition with no stains, water marks/damage, scuffs, or other signs of wear.  Carefully package items to protect them in transit.
• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the ship date.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
• Refund time: Please allow 7 days for refund processing.
• Shipping: Return shipping is responsibility of buyer.
• Forever Dwelling is not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages.

Water Damage:
Forever Dwelling earrings are crafted from full-grain Italian leather and must not be soaked or submerged in water. Exposure to water can permanently damage the leather and hardware.
• Items returned with water damage—such as water marks/discoloration, warping, staining, or peeling—are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Please store and wear your earrings with care to avoid moisture.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if items don’t meet the above requirements.
